1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MedYantra, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using MedYantra's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

MedYantra is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers (hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers) with sellers (manufacturers, authorized dealers) of medical and diagnostic equipment.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted by the registration form.

4. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and ensure that they have the legal right to sell the equipment listed.
• Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before finalizing any transaction. MedYantra acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of products or fulfillment of orders.

5. Limitation of Liability

MedYantra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the platform following any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
